At Brasa, our chef cooks over almond wood with what the fishermen and farmers of the island bring each morning. Dinner is served on the terrace as the light turns gold over the water.

Six treatment rooms carved into the rock, a thermal circuit and a saltwater pool open to the sky. Our therapists work with sea minerals, wild rosemary and cold-pressed olive oil from our own grove.
